System Requirements

Kura Cloud is our online learning platform. It is designed to work best on a laptop or desktop computer. If you have any questions about the suitability of your device, please call us on 0800 800 415 extn 1. We do not recommend completing the course using a smartphone. 

PC Windows: KuraCloud requires Windows 8, 10 or 11 to operate. It works effectively on the following internet browsers:

• Chrome 
• Firefox 
• Microsoft Edge

We recommend using the most up-to-date version of your browser to ensure you get the best performance.
Note: Windows RT is not supported.
 

Mac / iOS: KuraCloud will run on most MacOS versions that Apple currently supports. It works effectively on the following internet browsers:

• Safari 
• Chrome 
• Firefox

Android: The course should be compatible with learners using a tablet running the latest version of Chrome for Android with at least a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU and 1GB of RAM. 

ChromeOS: The course should be compatible with Chromebook devices running the latest version of ChromeOS with at least a 1.8GHz quad-core CPU and 4GB of RAM.
